Purchase Order Requirements
Wingenuity, Inc. accepts purchase orders from most US corporations, US schools, and US State or County government agencies.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before sending a purchase order:
- The minimum amount for which we can accept purchase orders is US $100.00.
- While we do not charge a fee for processing simple purchase orders, additional charges and fees may apply for complicated purchase orders or special shipping requirements.
- Payment terms are Net 30.
- All products bought by purchase order must be shipped to a US destination.
- We can not accept purchase order numbers over the phone, or purchase requisition forms.
- Purchase orders must be signed and must include an email address.
- We can not accept purchase orders from outside the United States. All international orders must be prepaid.
- If you want electronic delivery of our software, your purchase order must indicate the email address the software is to be sent to and the fact that you are requesting electronic delivery (so your accounting department doesn't hold up payment waiting for delivery of a product you already have).
- Be sure to indicate the number of licenses you are purchasing directly on the purchase order.
- We must receive a signed copy of the physical purchase order (via mail or email) before we can process your order.
